Try to feel positive about your body. Give your body treats: a nice meal, sleep, a luxurious shower, anything that feels good.
Your sexiness is about how you feel, not how you look.
Feeling sexy can be as simple as walking straight, head high, and a smile on your face.
If you’re worried about your body, talk to someone you trust about your insecurities. You’ll find that everyone has his or her own insecurities.
Don’t like your body hair? You can bleach it, or remove it by shaving, waxing or using depilatory cream. Take care with bleaching or depilatory cream.
You’re really over your ex when you don’t feel hurt or sad when he or she is dating someone else or is in a new relationship.
Remember you can learn from a break-up as well. You might do things differently in a next relationship so that one will be better and long-lasting.
Many people experience a break up at one point, and everyone gets over it as time passes. You too will feel better again.
If you decide you want to break up with your partner, be brave and do it face to face. Don’t tell them over the phone, in a letter or by message.
